Led Zeppelin will be saluted at the latest in the series of star-studded annual tribute concerts organized by New York City entrepreneur Michael Dorf at New York’s Carnegie Hall.
“The Music of Led Zeppelin at Carnegie Hall” is scheduled for March 7, 2018, and will feature performances by 21 as-yet-unannounced artists. VIP packages can be purchased now at MusicOf.org, while general admission tickets will be available soon at the Carnegie Hall box office and CarnegieHall.org.
All of the proceeds from the concert will go toward various music-education programs for underprivileged children and young people.
Among the artists who have been the subject of previous “Music Of” shows are The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Prince, Paul Simon, Aretha Franklin, Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, Elton John, R.E.M., The Who, Neil Young and Joni Mitchell.
