Danny Clinch; ABC/Adam TaylorBruce Springsteen and the E Street Band played the second of their two scheduled concerts in Dublin, Ireland, on Sunday, and during the show they welcomed a very special “local boy” — U2‘s Bono — to join them for a song. According to the popular Springsteen fan site Backstreets.com, Bono hit the stage at Croke Park late in Springsteen’s set to sing “Because the Night.”

You can check out fan-shot video of the performance on YouTube.

As Rolling Stone points out, Bono previously performed “Because the Night” with Bruce and the E Street Band at a 2003 show in Miami, while Springsteen and the song’s co-writer, Patti Smith, joined all of U2 for a version of the tune at a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s 25th anniversary concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden in 2009.

It was Bono who inducted the Boss into the Rock Hall back in 1999.

The European leg of Springsteen and the E Street Band’s The River Tour 2016 continues Tuesday in Glasgow, U.K.
